Good conductivity: performance of copper clad aluminum busbar whose volume ratio is 17%. Its current capacity is 85% of pure copper busbar. In other words, its length is 2.3-2.5 times and its density is 38%-42% of pure copper busbar with the same size and weight.
Good mechanical property: it has excellent tensile strength, flexibility and extensibility.
Firm extensity and productivity:
Under special heat treatment, this product has good plasticity; it can be punched, sheared and bended.
In order to improve its anti-corrosion property, tin or zine can be coated on the surface of copper. Best choice: save copper material, low production cost. With the same current capacity and length, the cost of copper clad aluminum busbar can be decreased to 30%-40%, co***red with pure copper busbar.
